Class Descriptions


Our yoga room is heated (at 85-90 degrees) to allow for a deeper release and to avoid injury. This heated active class is recommended for most everyone, from first day beginners to advanced students. The magic of this class is that everyone is practicing the same posture at different levels of ability, receiving the same benefits. This class will help you gain flexibility, strength and focus.


The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” The teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or an exhale. This smooth flow of movement with breath connection becomes like a dance in a heated room of 85-90 degrees. It’s a more vigorous class combining upper body strength, flexibility, and cardio for students of all levels. Perfect class for those ready for a challenge.


This class is for all levels. Warm Flow Yoga is an excellent foundation to learn proper alignment and develop concentration (the first key to meditation) that assists in all other styles of yoga. This sequence will help you build strength, increase flexibility and find focus. This flow is practiced in a warm room of 75-80 degrees and moderately paced so you will learn the fundamental  postures and principles that create a successful and effective yoga practice.


This class maintains awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures in a heated room of 75-80 degrees. The sequence of postures may be different from class to class, but always follow an intelligent progression that moves from basic to complex. This style of yoga builds heat, flexibility and strength, while maintaining focus on good alignment and sound structure. Postures may be held for longer periods of time, and will flow together to unite the body to the breath and mind. Classes range from beginner to advanced.


Buti Yoga is a calorie-scorching workout fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive tribal dance + body sculpting primal movement. Created by Celebrity Trainer Bizzie Gold, Buti Yoga utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Instead of linear movements, Gold favors movements that challenge the body along all planes of motion – THE RESULT – long, lean muscle with sexy feminine curves.


This 60 minute class is designed to encourage relaxation and healing to all systems of your body. It is dedicated to helping you to stretch out and unwind after a long day of work & to feel refreshed and rejuvenated as you step outside of the studio! It’s a more mellow class with little moments of intensity with deep core strengthening , muscle strengthening and stabilizing.


This is a supported, conscious body/mind relaxation practice. When supported with props, the body relaxes and opens, releasing tension and stored up toxins that can cause illness. Restorative poses offer benefits to both the body and mind, for conditions ranging from insomnia to asthma to chronic pain to migraines to depression. The mood is set to beautiful candlelight  to enhance your relaxation experience.


In this intermediate level class (enthusiastic beginners welcome!) we will focus on building the strength and precision to attempt and execute more advanced postures. We will start easy, do an active warm up, and work toward our peak pose, ending with a gentle cool down and resting pose. Prepare to have fun, be challenged, and learn something new.
